Come visit イタチshelter (♫ = ee-tah-chee shelter) right in the middle of the city. We’re an alternative creative space run by Guy Hirose, Derrick Tran, and me.
We can’t meet with everyone who comes through Osaka but you are welcome to come see our space and come to an event if the timing works out.
Get in touch. If we can’t meet, no hard feelings; we still like you plenty.
Live in Osaka?
We have events about once a month, ranging from out-of-gallery art exhibitions, indie book stores, acoustic events, programmer meet ups, and plain old hanging out with drinks, fun people, and good music.
Our space is rentable for events, workshops, lessons, and more. Get in touch to see if our space might work for what you have in mind.

イタチshelter is located right in the center of Osaka in a historical building that dates back to 1927, one of the only buildings left standing in the area after World War II.The closest subway station is Hommachi on the Yotsubashi, Chuo, and Midosuji Lines. From Shisaibashi and Nishi-Ohashi stations it is about a 10-minute walk.
